Another view of carapace shell.
I will post more pics as i continue to progress.
Time taken: so far i have spent 7 to 8 hours over a two day period
Materials:
(1)old computer mouse as the base armature.
(2)sculpting tools.
(3)Clay NSP medium sulphur free plasteline
(4)wood skewer sticks.
Special Thanks to:
Carl Forsythe for giving me the clay and sculpting tools
What is next:
(1) detail head, flippers, underbelly carapace
My Thoughts:
This project is turning out way better than expected. I am still learning the ins and outs of NSP medium plasteline clay . I fully expect the end result to surpass my best expectations considering that i have already beat my base expectations. This is my first time using this kind of clay!
