Sea turtle sculpt part 3

I corrected the flipper angles and shortened them.
I may alter the flippers, considering making them smoother, and retexturing.
 Body view.
I shortened the rear paddle, flippers.
I did a under belley carapace , but realized it was not accurate. So i tore it off will try again.

I will  post more pics as i continue to progress.

Time taken: so far i have spent 13 to 14 hours over a four day period

Materials:
(1)old computer mouse as the base armature.
(2)sculpting tools.
(3)Clay NSP medium sulphur free plasteline
(4)wood skewer sticks.

Special Thanks to:
Carl Forsythe for giving me the clay and sculpting tools

What is next:
(1) detail head, underbelly carapace, rear flipper details, smoothing , make coral reef sea weed base.

My Thoughts:
I am considering changing the front flippers. they appear to be to rough compared to actual online reference photos i look at. Now that i am looking at online reference photos i realized, i realy did not understand the anatomy of a sea turtle. But as this project goes forward i will learn, and adapt as i go.
